What If Evaluations* Had Three Dimensions?

Most evaluations ask only whether something succeeded. Inspired by catuṣkoṭi, Vec3 asks three questions instead: Is it true, is it reliable, and is it valid? The result is a richer view of what actually happened, not just whether a metric went up or down.
